My name is Scott Snider, and I am the owner of Choppy Water Bait Co. As a family run small business, we hope to provide to you quality and affordable handcrafted baits. 

As an avid fisherman who works full time as a long-haul truck driver, I have travelled across North America fishing lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water. I have spent years accumulating and testing baits of all different shapes, sizes, styles, colours, and weights. However, I always found himself relying on my “go-to’s” to reel in the big ones!

Like many, I have often travelled to multiple bait and tackle companies looking for my favourite baits that always seem to be out of stock. That is where the inspiration for Choppy Water Bait Co. came from! An affordable, easily accessible bait company which brings you the most popular baits at an affordable cost.

We strive to provide an easy shopping experience for affordable fishing products. While we offer a number of unique colours to choose from, we love to create custom baits at the request of our customers! On top of creating new and unique colours, we are constantly updating our catalogue to ensure that our customers have a variety of products to choose from. Not seeing something you like?
