Please fill out the required fields, indicating both the type of custom bait you would like (ex. Arky Head Jig, Swimbait), the size of the bait, as well as the number of custom baits you would like to order. 

In the message box, please describe in detail your vision for a custom bait. 

Jig Example:

I would like to order 1 Bladed Arky Head Jig. I would like to order the size 1/2 oz. I would like the head of the jig to be black, with a blue, purple, and chartreuse skirt. 

Plastic Bait Example:

I would like to order a pack (10 baits) of the 3.8” Swimbait. I would like the belly of the bait to be clear with silver flake, and the top of the bait to be purple with blue and green flake.
